How are we going to renew our account?

There are multiple ways to recharge your account.

  • Recharge your account using our self care portal

a)You can log in to Weebo selfcare portal on

b) Click on Pay online

c)Select renew online.

d) Select your plan, click on
confirm and Proceed

e) Choose your payment option and make the payment and your account will get renewed .               

  • Make payment using paytm barcode

You will have to inform the customer care team in case you pay through the bar code. Internet connection will not get recharged automatically if the payment is done through bar code.

How can I get my invoice/bill?

You can download your invoice using the selfcare portal.

  1. Go to the invoice section and click on payment.

  2. If there are multiple invoices, please check the month/invoice which you want to download, go to action and download/print the invoice.
Is there any way I can access my account online?

Yes, there are two ways to access your account.

  2. Download the Weebo app

Here you can get to know your traffic details, recharge options, date of expiry etc

How do I raise a complaint?

You can raise a complaint in many ways – 

  1. Login to your portal and raise a complaint
  2. Switch on the app and raise a complaint.
  3. Call the customer care number.
  4. Whatsapp customer care.
  5. Send us an email.
How do I change my Wifi password?

The best way to change your password is by accessing your router and changing the wifi password. The other easy thing is you can call the customer care and a technician will come to support you for changing the password.

How do I change my plan?

There are two ways to change the plan – One is immediate, you can immediately change the plan or you can schedule the change in plan and the plan will change on your next broadband recharge.

You can log on to the app/website, enter your credentials and change the plan according to your liking or you can call the customer service.

Why are there two devices placed at my home ?

Sometimes we will place a dual device – one for converting the fiber optic signal to ethernet which your router (which is the second device) will distribute on wifi.

How to change registered mobile number and email address.

I am not getting proper speed. What should I do?

To check speed you can simply log on to, change the server to weebo networks server and check speed.  If the problem persists please contact the customer care or raise a complaint.

Oops! I forgot my portal password, what to do?

Yes, there are two ways to access your account.

I forgot my wifi password, what to do?

Reset – connect to router, input service name, username and password. For PPPOE username and password you can call customer service from your registered phone number.

If my broadband is not working, what can I do?

The best troubleshooting method if your broadband connection is not working or is slow, is to restart the ONU(1st device) and router (2nd device).

This usually helps drain the RAM of the router or helps in refreshing the IP which in turn restarts the services.

If this doesn’t work, you can raise a complaint or call customer support team.

How can I get a new connection?

Please contact our customer care team 18001203714, share details like your location,Plan etc., if your area is feasible you’ll get the new connection within 48hrs.

Can I change/shift my service location?

Yes, please call our customer care no 18001203714 and help them with the location details,if our service is available at that location then your request will be taken care of.

Do I need to pay for shifting my services from one location to another?

Depending on your area , please speak to our customer care officer for more details.

What are the OTT platforms you offer?

We offer Zee5,Epic, Voot, Shemaroo, ErosNow and Sony liv. Also, the subscription is absolutely free for 30 days with a new connection or on your first recharge. We will keep you updated as and when we keep adding the OTT platforms in our portfolio.

How to get access to OTTs after 30 days ?

Once your period is over, you can contact our customer care team and get the subscription renewed.

Can I choose what OTT I want?

The OTT services are bundled with plans, the options will be provided to you during sign up.

I am already your subscriber, but didn’t get this option at the time of new connection, what should I do?

You can avail the offer on the next recharge.

How much time will it take to get activated?

The OTT services get activated as soon as your ID is created on our portal.

How can I access the OTT content?

As soon as the portal is activated, you will receive a text message for password on your registered mobile number.You can either click on the link given in the text message or if you already have the respective app please use the credentials given in the text message.

How can I get to know about my OTT subscription ID and Password? Can I reset it on my own?

Once your account is activated, you will receive messages from OTT vendors. These messages will contain a password. You can change your password on the OTT platform.

How can I check the validity of my subscription?

All OTT subscriptions platforms will provide you with a subscription/plan expiry.

My OTT login is not working, What to do?

Do not worry, please call our customer care representative and they will raise a complaint with the OTT service provider.
